.75 oz gin

1 oz Bonal

.5 oz Lillet Blanc

.5 oz Semi-sweet Vermouth

2 dashes eucalyptus bitters

Ingredients: combine into a mixing glass filled with ice, stir, strain over large ice cube

1 oz semi-sweet vermouth

1 oz gin

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz orgeat

1 dash angostura bitters

Pinch of salt

Pinch of coconut

Instructions: combine in an ice filled cocktail shaker, shake and strain into chilled coupe glass

1.5 oz semi-sweet vermouth

.5 oz elderflower liqueur

1 dash orange bitters

2 oz prosecco

1 grapefruit half wheel

Instructions: fill glass with crushed ice, combine ingredients and top with Prosecco, garnish with grapefruit

1.5 oz London dry gin

1 oz sweet vermouth

.75 oz campari

1 orange peel

1.5 oz tequila blanco

1 oz sweet vermouth

.5 oz cappelletti

1 dash peychauds

1 lemon peel

KITTY HIGHBALL

2 oz sweet vermouth

6 oz ginger beer

1 lime wedge (optional)

Instructions: build in a collins glass with ice, stir gently and add lime wedge

4 oz tomato vine spritz

1 oz soda water

1 lemon wheel

Instructions: build in a wine glass filled with ice with a light stir if needed

2.5 oz tomato vine spritz
